Customer Reviews

My friend and I stopped in here last night while we were out dove hunting in the Imperial Valley. Our usual spot had closed, so we decided to try something new and found this place online--and we're really glad we did. From the moment we walked in, we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was incredibly friendly and seated us right away. The menu was excellent, featuring Brandt Beef, which is a top-tier beef producer, and the prices were very reasonable. They also have a full bar and make fantastic cocktails. We started with two martinis, both of which were outstanding. For dinner, we ordered the Brandt Beef tomahawk ribeye along with a lobster tail on the side. I was especially excited to see that they grill their proteins over a charcoal grill--you could smell it throughout the restaurant, and it was incredible. Our server was polite, attentive, and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu and delivering drinks promptly. When the food arrived, everything was spot on. The steak was cooked perfectly, full of flavor, and had a wonderful char-grilled finish. The lobster tail was cooked just right--not overdone at all--and served with drawn butter. Every bite reflected the quality of the ingredients and the care in preparation. Phenomenal food, excellent service, and a great overall experience. We'll absolutely be back. Added bonus - they have a Afred Weege photo above the urinal in the bathroom.

I have been here several times and I've always had a great meal here. I came out with some friends and I ordered the regular size prime rib. It was very good. My friend ordered the fried shrimp that he said he loved. My other friend had the Ragu New York strip that he said it was wonderful. We sat at the bar and the bartender Richard, did an exceptional job. The restaurant was very clean and so was the restroom.

I've been coming here for years. It's a locally owned business with good quality food. Great steak, sides, and service. I make it a point to come here every time I'm in Brawley.

I enter not expecting much, it's a small town in CA near the border... wow! Inside it was lome entering to a fancy restaurant you see on movies, It was empty but soon started to fill up, who says, glad for them, ordered a Tomahawk Steak, and a Ballast beer... amazing both the taste the flavors, I definitely recommend this place, it worth the trip... don't know the price, yet... but doesn't care... it's wonderful. I will return
